Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the SchedulOpt platform, a product developed by Predictive Analytics Group Pty Ltd.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SchedulOpt, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or authorised to act on behalf of an organisation to use the platform.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must use SchedulOpt responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
Users must not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform.
- Interfere with platform security or system integrity.
- Upload malicious or unlawful data.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to platform infrastructure.
Users remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all competition data uploaded.
5. AI Scheduling Disclaimer
SchedulOpt uses automated algorithms and artificial intelligence techniques to generate sports competition schedules.
While the platform aims to produce fair and optimised schedules, automated processes may produce errors or outcomes that require manual adjustment.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying schedules before publishing them or distributing them to teams, venues, or stakeholders.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of SchedulOpt require a paid subscription.
By selecting a paid plan, users agree to:
- Pay all applicable subscription fees.
- Maintain valid payment details.
- Comply with billing terms presented during signup.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third party infrastructure failures may occasionally result in temporary service interruptions.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Predictive Analytics Group Pty Ltd retains ownership of:
- The SchedulOpt software platform
- Scheduling algorithms and optimisation frameworks
- User interface design and branding
- All related intellectual property
Users retain ownership of the competition data they upload and the schedules generated for their competitions.
9. Platform Improvements and Feedback
We continuously improve the SchedulOpt platform.
Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations provided by users may be used by Predictive Analytics Group Pty Ltd to improve the platform without obligation or compensation.
10. Third Party Services
SchedulOpt may integrate with third party services such as payment processors or cloud hosting platforms.
Predictive Analytics Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for the performance or availability of third party services beyond our reasonable control.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if:
- these Terms of Service are violated
- the platform is used in a manner that threatens system security
- payment obligations are not met
Users may terminate their account at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predictive Analytics Group Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of SchedulOpt.
This includes losses relating to:
- scheduling errors
- competition disruptions
- venue costs or operational impacts
- financial losses associated with competition administration
Where liability cannot be excluded under law, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user for the service in the previous twelve months.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
13. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predictive Analytics Group Pty Ltd against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- use of the platform
- the accuracy of data uploaded
- decisions made based on generated schedules
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising from the use of SchedulOpt will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
15. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically.
Where significant changes occur, users will be notified through email or platform notifications.
